With more than 15 years working in production management and marketing, Melissa brings a wealth of experience to MKDM. Over the past 10 years, her focus has been the production and execution of broadly customizable direct mail campaigns for nonprofit and advocacy groups. From small bespoke programs to high volume efforts, Melissa has merged her industry knowledge with her passion for social causes, leveraging her expertise to support those working toward positive change.
As Production Director at MKDM, Melissa collaborates with the Account team to develop MKDM clients’ direct response campaigns. She manages the scheduling, printing, and logistics of direct mail projects while cultivating relationships with trusted vendors to ensure the highest quality and efficiency.
Melissa studied Fine Arts (B.F.A) at Ithaca College.
