MKDM's
management team includes strategy-minded in-house professionals
who are highly knowledgeable of the issues and sensibilities
important to nonprofits today and skilled at translating
unique client objectives into results-oriented fundraising
efforts. Supplementing the talents of our in-house staff
is a group of award-winning design and copywriting partners
with whom we have worked closely for years.

the MKDM Team:
Moira Kavanagh Crosby, President | mkcrosby@mkdmc.com
MK Direct Marketing + Communications was founded in 1999
by Moira Kavanagh Crosby. In more than 15 years working
with nonprofit organizations, she has designed and managed
successful direct response fundraising programs for national
and regional nonprofits of all sizes.
Moira began her fundraising career in Cambridge, Massachusetts
managing analytical, strategic, creative and fulfillment
elements of telemarketing campaigns for national advocacy
and environmental organizations. She served subsequently
as vice president of a full service direct response agency
in New York, where she developed and executed integrated
direct marketing programs for a wide variety of progressive
advocacy and social service organizations.
Moira Kavanagh Crosby serves on the Steering Committee
of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence and is a past board
member and president of the Direct Marketing Fundraisers
Association, an alliance of over 300 nonprofit organizations,
consultants and industry suppliers. She graduated cum
laude from Tufts University with a B.A. in English. As
an undergraduate she served as President of Tufts Student
Resources, the largest nonprofit, student-run businessin
the country, which employed over 200 students in its nine
divisions.
Moira is the chief strategist and creative director for
all MKDM accounts.

Account

Tati Sainati joined MKDM as an Account Executive in 2007.
With a background in creative writing cultivated at Northwestern
Universtiy and the University of Virginia, Tati brings
unique and creative talents to MKDM clients.
Tati recieved her B.A. in English from Northwestern University
and her M.A. in English Literature from the Universtiy
of Virginia. As an undergraduate, she distinguished herself
as a National Merit Scholar at the University's Weinberg
College of Arts & Sciences where she studied English
Literature; at the University of Virginia she specialized
in English.
Tati provides day-to-day management of MKDM accounts,
with a special focus on women's and social service issues
and print and direct mail production.
Eliza
Temeles, Account Executive | etemeles@mkdmc.com
Eliza Temeles joined MKDM as an Account Executive in 2006.
With hands-on experience in data management and donor
relations with the Western Virginia Land Trust, Eliza
brings creativity and dedication to help MKDM's clients
achieve their goals.
Eliza graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Amherst
College, where she received her B.A. in English. She was
also a scholar of economics and the sciences, and was
awarded the Geology Department's Richard M. Foose Award
for support of summer research projects.
As an account executive, Eliza provides daily management
of MKDM accounts, specializing in environmental and advocacy
accounts, direct mail production and analysis, as well
as grants research and creative donor communications.
Sarah Van Duyn, Account Executive | svanduyn@mkdmc.com
Sarah Van Duyn joined MKDM as an Account Executive in 2007. With a background in research and program consultation with the Cornell University Institute for Policy Research and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, she brings specialized analytic and strategic skills to help MKDM’s clients achieve their goals.
Sarah graduated Phi Sigma Pi and at the top of her class at Cornell University, receiving her B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from the school of Human Ecology. She specialized in consumer marketing, government and history.
As an Account Executive, Sarah provides daily management of MKDM accounts, with a special focus on social and health issues, direct mail production, list analysis and targeting. |
