Position Opening: Account Coordinator
November 2, 2017 – MKDM has an immediate opening for an analytics-minded creative thinker to coordinate on- and offline fundraising and engagement campaigns for national nonprofit clients. The qualified candidate has a minimum of 3 years of relevant agency experience, is multichannel marketing-savvy, possesses outstanding messaging and communication skills, is experienced in Excel and database management, and has excellent project management and organizational abilities.
The Account Coordinator collaborates with account team members to plan and implement multichannel fundraising programs encompassing direct mail, email, web, telemarketing, social media, face to face, and mobile. In addition to day-to-day program management, responsibilities include developing targeting and messaging strategies for client membership development and advocacy programs, copywriting, monitoring and analyzing campaign and program performance, leading and interpreting analytics for benchmarking and program strategy development, managing production vendors and schedules, preparing reports and presentations, and assuring quality control and client satisfaction.
