Account Director
May 11, 2011 – MKDM, a multichannel membership development agency, is seeking an analytics-minded creative thinker to manage on- and offline fundraising and engagement campaigns for progressive national clients. The qualified candidate has 3+ years of integrated web/print/email direct response marketing experience, outstanding messaging and communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
The Account Director collaborates with account team members to coordinate the implementation of multichannel fundraising programs. In addition to day-to-day program management, responsibilities include developing targeting and messaging strategies for client membership development and advocacy programs, monitoring and analyzing campaign and program performance, leading and interpreting in-depth analytics for benchmarking and program strategy development, preparing reports and presentations, and assuring quality control and utmost client satisfaction.
